Chartered Partners is an international executive-search firm in Singapore, licensed by the Ministry of Manpower. We are retained by accounting firms and corporates to find the partners, executives and teams that move a practice forward.

We proactively research and approach suitable candidates and, at the same time, advertise our mandates to assess applications against the role. For every mandate we discreetly analyse the talent pool, then contact the right people directly — including those who are not actively looking but might welcome the right opportunity.
Secrecy is vital in every search for top executives, partners and teams. We ensure absolute privacy and confidentiality throughout the entire process of approach, assessment and negotiation.
